We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover), PayPal, personal or business checks, and money orders for all online and offline orders. Returned checks are subject to a $35 administrative fee.
Orders placed with a credit card are normally shipped within two business days (often the same day the order is received). Orders placed with a check (U.S. funds only) will be shipped once funds have cleared.
PLACING YOUR ORDER
No matter how you like to shop, placing your order with Cultured Expressions is easy! Although we use a secure server to protect your personal information, we understand that not every customer is comfortable using a credit card online. You can also order by phone, or you can mail or fax your order to us.
Order by Phone: Call our toll-free phone number 1-866-MUDCLOTH. You'll need to have your product selections and credit card handy. For easiest ordering, add the items you're interested in to your shopping cart so everything you'd like to purchase is organized when you make the call.
Order by Mail: Simply print out and complete our order form and send it to us at the address printed on the order form. Don't forget to include payment or credit card information so we can quickly process your order.

NOT READY TO CHECK OUT?
Save your selections when you become a registered customer. You can save your cart, create a wishlist, or create a gift registry list when you registering as a Cultured Expressions customer. Once registerd, just log in to your account and you can access your saved selections.
AUTOGRAPHS AND SPECIAL REQUESTS
If you would like an autographed copy of Lisa's books or have another special request, we'd be happy to accommodate you. Just send us an email at email@example.com with the details.
If you've ordered from CulturedExpressions.com before, you can save time on your next order! Just click on "My Account" and log in. When you get to checkout, you won't have to re-enter your billing and shipping addresses over again.
Is shopping online at CulturedExpressions.com secure? In a word, yes. We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology to ensure our site's security.
We ship via U.S. Priority Mail, normally with an in-transit time of 2-4 days. The shipping total is automatically calculated based on the total dollar amount of your order.
Federal Express and UPS express shipping are available on request. We'll calculate the cost and advise you of the total prior to shipping.
For orders shipped OUTSIDE of the U.S. : Shipping & handling charges will be calculated and you'll be advised of the total prior to shipping via email. The adjusted shipping charge will be added to your credit card total.
By law, we are required to collect a 7% sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in New Jersey.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Please email info@CulturedExpressions.com prior to returning merchandise. Items may be returned for merchandise credit only, when returned promptly and in saleable condition, as determined by Cultured Expressions. Books and cut fabrics may not be returned. Shipping charges are not refundable.
We'll confirm your registration by phone or email before the class. Sessions cancelled by Cultured Expressions or the event's host will be refunded. A student who cancels in advance will be given a credit toward a future class or CE event. Sorry, no refund or credit for "no-shows". In case of a weather-related cancellation, you will be notified by phone, with the option of a refund or credit for a re-scheduled class.
