It's
"The Technique Formerly Known As Puff Quilting" -- Batik
UpRising, CE's first published pattern is now
available. Thanks to everyone who suggested names for this new
concept...from body parts to baked goods, this look got people
thinking in all kinds of directions... In the end, the
dimensional look evoked a sense of both literal and figurative
"UpRising" in African culture & creativity, and so
it was named.
