We're offering a new workshop called Fasturn Fanatics, at the CE Studio in Rahway on February 6. This new class explores the many artful possibilities of stuffed fabric tubes created with the Fasturn tool. I first used it in African Accents; I also used it on the Christopher Lowell show (way back!), and more recently, in On The Go! and Stitch magazine. In the class, you'll make your own fabric tube bowl or dimensional wall art piece while mastering the use of this unique gadget. Thanks to the ladies from my recent Color Block Batik Bag class who requested this new workshop!
Looking ahead to March 24-27, we'll be at the newest AQS quilt show in Lancaster, PA! 'Nuff said! Watch for a couple of new products to debut there, making it easier than ever for you to "Feel the Fabric. . .Embrace the Culture"
On May 1, we return to Fabricland in North Plainfield with fresh inspiration for handbag design, and I’ve finally synched up schedules with N’ketiah – he returns to the CE Studio to teach Discharge Dyeing on June 5. Our last workshop filled up fast, so check the dteails & register soon!
